When will my order be shipped?

All packages are usually shipped within 7 days of your order, unless noted otherwise (for example, an item sold as a pre-order). For full details, see the shipping information page.

Outside the EU

Shipping outside the EU and import tax

As a customer outside the European Union, you don't pay European VAT (around 20%, depending on the country). However, your courier or government may charge import tax and processing fees on delivery. We can't influence these fees — they're set by the courier company and your government.
